Gin Basil Smash

Ingredients

  • 50ml Heindrick’s Gin

  • 25ml Fresh lemon juice

  • 12.5ml Sugar syrup

  • 8 Torn basil leaves

  • Cucumber Wheel

Steps

  1. Add basil to bottom of cocktail shaker and muddle gently.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and shake hard over ice.

  2. Strain over an ice-filled rock glass.

  3. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
