Mezcal Sour
Ingredients

1.5 oz. Montelobos Mezcal

4 oz. Lemonade

1 oz. watermelon juice
Steps

In a cocktail shaker combine mezcal, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white.

Shake until foamy, then add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain mixture into glass and add dashes orange bitters.
