Finca Mojito


  • 10 large mint leaves

  • .05 oz. Lime juice

  • 2 Lime wedges

  • 2 tbsp. raw cane sugar

  • 2 oz. Parce 8 year rum


  1. Muddle lime juice, wedges and raw sugar.

  2. Add mint (rub mint between palms) and rum.

  3. Add crushed ice.

  4. Garnish with mint bouquet.
